Domain authentication

Every domain hosted on Droppoint gets SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured correctly from day one. We also support MTA-STS and TLS-RPT for enforcing and reporting on transport encryption. These records prevent domain spoofing and improve deliverability.

Encryption

• TLS 1.2+ for mail in transit wherever the receiving server supports it
• Mailbox data encrypted at rest on disk
• Encrypted backups stored in a separate region

Access controls

• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available on every plan
• Per-mailbox session management — admins can view and revoke active sessions
• IP allow/deny policy at the domain level
• Password policy enforcement

Spam and malware filtering

Inbound mail is scanned for spam, phishing and malware before it reaches your mailbox. Filtering rules are updated continuously based on global threat intelligence.

Monitoring and incident response
