Account information
When you create a Droppoint account, we collect your name, email address, company name, domain name and billing information.
Email data
Droppoint stores and processes the email messages, attachments and metadata (sender, recipient, timestamps) that pass through our mail servers as part of providing the email hosting service.
Usage data
We collect basic usage data including login timestamps, IP addresses, mailbox storage usage and sending volumes for security monitoring and service operation.
Website data
Our website may use cookies for session management and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain and improve the email hosting service
- To process billing and payments
- To communicate with you about your account, service updates and support requests
- To monitor for abuse, spam and security threats
- To comply with legal obligations
Data storage and security
Your data is stored on dedicated infrastructure in Singapore with encrypted backups in a separate region. See our Security page for full details on encryption, access controls and infrastructure.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Infrastructure sub-processors necessary to operate the service (e.g. data centre provider, monitoring services)
- Payment processors for billing
- Law enforcement when required by valid legal process
A current list of sub-processors is available on request from security@droppoint.xyz.
Data retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we delete your mailbox data within 30 days and retain billing records for the period required by applicable tax law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@droppoint.xyz. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to account holders.
