Pricing FAQ

What counts as a mailbox vs an alias?

A mailbox has its own storage and login and counts toward your plan limit. An alias just forwards to an existing mailbox and is free and unlimited on every plan.

Can I pay monthly or only annually?

Both. Monthly billing is the default. Annual billing saves you two months — choose it at signup or switch any time from your account.

What happens if I add or remove mailboxes mid-cycle?

Additions are prorated for the rest of your billing cycle. Removals take effect at the next renewal — no partial-month refund, but you keep the mailbox until the period ends.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. The 14-day trial is fully functional with no card required. You add payment details only if you decide to continue after the trial ends.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. Bangladesh customers can pay in BDT via bKash or bank transfer on request.
